We had Coulter do the carpentry work for our food outlet. He is a thorough professional and a very pleasant person. We did not have a general contractor but had multiple local contractors from varied trades and we had no experience of building a food outlet. That said, we faced a lot of challenges in terms of compliance. Every time we had one, we would call up Coulter and he would oblige us by coming to the site at a very short notice.
